What is neurofeedback?

A mirror for the brain.

Our equipment reads the brain's own patterns, spots the areas that are out of balance, and gently guides the brain to retrain itself back toward healthy, focused function. The brain learns to hold a calmer rhythm on its own — no needles, no shocks, no medication. Suitable from age 4, with no history of epilepsy or ongoing neurological medication.

Discover a smarter way to grow — built on clarity, driven by reason, and inspired by possibility.

Who it helps

One gentle approach, many challenges.

Brain Trainer supports children with developmental and learning challenges, and adults managing focus, stress and sleep — working with the root cause of imbalance rather than masking symptoms.

ADHD

Improved focus and attention span, with reduced hyperactivity.

Autism (ASD)

Better emotional regulation and stronger social skills.

Tourette Syndrome

Improved tic control — as in Hamzah's story, clearly better by Session 15.

Learning difficulties

Better concentration, memory and academic performance.

Speech delay

Supports underlying neurological development.

Anxiety & depression

Greater emotional balance, calm and resilience.

Sleep disorders

Deeper, more restorative sleep quality.

Poor concentration

Sharper, more sustained focus — for children and adults alike.

Stress & burnout

For working adults — calmer, more grounded, more in control.

The 3-step protocol

Let's take this one step at a time.

A clear, gentle pathway — from understanding the brain, to retraining it, to lasting results.

The Brain Assessment

See what's really going on — before any training begins.

Every brain is different, so we never guess. Your first visit maps the brain's activity and turns it into a clear, plain-language report — so you understand exactly what's happening and what to do next.

  • Brainwave mappingA gentle scan reads the brain's electrical patterns — no needles, nothing painful.
  • A clear imbalance reportWe show you which areas are over- or under-active, in language anyone can follow.
  • A personalised therapy planYou leave knowing exactly what training would help, and roughly how many sessions.
  • Time to ask questionsSit down with a trained therapist and get honest answers — no pressure to commit.

Our space

A calm, child-friendly place to grow.

Bright, warm and unhurried — designed so children feel at ease and parents feel at home from the moment they walk in.

Why parents trust it

Gentle by design. Safe by nature.

Neurofeedback doesn't add anything to the body or force anything on the brain. It simply helps the brain practise doing what it already knows how to do — better.

No medication

Nothing is prescribed or swallowed. The brain does the work itself, so there's nothing to wean off later.

No side effects

Because nothing is added to the body, there are no chemical side effects to worry about.

Decades of use

Neurofeedback has been studied and used around the world since the 1960s for focus and self-regulation.

Suitable from age 4

Calm, comfortable and child-friendly — gentle enough for young children, with no history of epilepsy required.

Getting started

Start with the assessment. Decide from there.

Everyone begins with a Brain Assessment. After you've seen the report and the plan, you choose whether and how to continue — no pressure, no lock-in.

The science, simply

Training a skill, not taking a pill.

Think of it like coaching. When the brain produces a calmer, more focused pattern, the screen rewards it — a little like a game responding to your child doing well. Repeat that enough times and the brain gets better at finding that state on its own.

  • It rewards the brain's own activity. Sensors read brainwaves and feedback nudges the brain toward healthier patterns. How neurofeedback works
  • Most commonly used for attention & self-regulation. Focus, impulse control and calm are the areas families notice first.Common applications
  • Changes tend to last. Because the brain learns the pattern itself, gains often hold without ongoing medication. Why results stick

Neurofeedback supports the brain's own development and is not a medical cure or a replacement for care prescribed by your doctor. Results vary from child to child.

Questions, answered

The things parents ask us most.

Not at all. Soft sensors simply rest on the scalp and read the brain's activity — nothing goes into the body, and there are no needles, shocks or medication. It's calm, comfortable and suitable from age 4.

The first visit is a Brain Assessment (RM258, about an hour). We review the background, do a brainwave scan, and turn it into a clear report. You'll sit down with a therapist who explains the results and a suggested plan — with no pressure to commit on the spot.

Each training session is about 30 minutes. The number of sessions depends entirely on your child and what the assessment shows — we'll give you a realistic estimate after the report, rather than a one-size-fits-all answer.

Every child is different. Many parents start noticing small changes — calmer evenings, easier homework, better sleep — within the first several weeks. The assessment and regular re-scans help us track real, measurable progress along the way.

No. While we work with a lot of children, adults come to us too — for focus, stress, sleep and burnout. The same gentle approach applies, mapped to your own brainwaves.

It's gentle and widely suitable, but we ask about any history of epilepsy or ongoing neurological medication first, so we can advise you honestly. If it isn't the right fit, we'll tell you.
